Gluten-free / Lactose-free

Produced using traditional methods from fresh Italian meat. The result is a tender, cured meat with a sweet flavour and a light aroma of herbs and spices. When sliced, it reveals compact, white fat easily distinguished from the alternating layers of deep-red lean meat. Ingredients: pork, salt, dextrose, natural flavourings, spices.
