Gluten-free / Lactose-free
Spianata Romana is a salami produced from minced cuts of pork, which are salted and flavoured, then aged for a minimum of 60 days. During the ageing process, the product is pressed to give it its characteristic shape and consistency. It is available either as a classic, mild (dolce) version, or a spicy (piccante) variant. Both varieties are gluten free. Ingredients: pork, salt, dextrose, flavourings, natural flavourings, spices (paprika*, pepper, fennel seeds) Antioxidant: E301; preservatives: E252, E250. Gluten free. *paprika present only in the spicy (piccante) version.
