All De Bonis products are made entirely from wholesome, natural ingredients, the meats in particular coming from carefully selected animals from carefully selected farms. It is thanks to this meticulous process of selecting first the farm, and then the meat, that we are able to guarantee a product that not only looks and smells delicious, but also has all the depth of flavour expected of the finest Italian cured meats.

De Bonis cured meats have always been produced without polyphosphates, and are free from lactose or gluten.
